What began as a vision to create a beautiful space for practicing Pilates quickly grew into a community that promotes a lifestyle of harmony between heart, body, and soul. At The Ridge, our goal is to empower and uplift one another, helping each of us reach our highest potential.

We fell in love with Pilates for the confidence and connection it brings to our bodies. It boosts flexibility, strengthens your core, and improves posture, while helping you find balance, focus, and energy. At The Ridge, we offer both Pilates Mat and Reformer classes: no limits based on age, fitness level, or flexibility. Pilates is for everyone, and at The Ridge, you’ll find a welcoming, nurturing, and empowering environment to begin your journey.
