Wat begon als een gedeelde droom van twee beste vriendinnen om een prachtige plek te creëren voor Pilates, groeide al snel uit tot iets veel groters: een community gebouwd op verbinding, empowerment en zorg. Een veilige omgeving waar vrouwelijk welzijn centraal staat.

The Ridge is een plek waar vrouwen volledig zichzelf kunnen zijn, omarmen wie ze zijn en zich geïnspireerd voelen om hoger te reiken, groter te dromen en verder te groeien. Een community die hart, lichaam en ziel voedt, waar authenticiteit en echte verbinding tot bloei komen.

In June 2026, we will host The Ridge Retreat: a groundbreaking experience uniting women around our core values: to stay grounded, to reach high, and to be deeply connected.

This retreat is a celebration of embracing who you are, uplifting yourself and others, and forming deep, genuine connections. Four days of living and breathing our mission, a dream we’ve carried since the very beginning.

We fell in love with Pilates for its powerful relationship between the mind and the body, for the confidence and connection it brings along. It does not only strengthens your core, boosts flexibility, and improves posture, it also nurtures balance, focus, and energy.

At The Ridge, our diverse range of teachers and variety of classes make it easy to discover what truly nurtures your heart, body, and soul. Each session is designed to cultivate harmony, empowerment, and connection. A truly rich experience.

Pilates is for everyone. We serve to provide a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring environment to begin your journey.

  • Ideally 3–4 times a week.

    • Strengthen your core and improve posture

    • Lengthen and tone muscles

    • Enhancing flexibility

    • Deepen your mind-body connection

    • For reformer classes, start with 10 beginner sessions to move with confidence and awareness.

    • Always keep in mind: Pilates is about intentional movement, listen to your body.

    • Our teachers each bring their own style, find the approach that resonates with you.

    • Consistency is key: regular practice builds strength, flexibility, and focus over time.

Sound healing

An immersion in the soothing vibrations of quartz and mineral singing bowls as they gently guide your mind into harmony. An experience that eases tension, calms your nervous system and reveals deep relaxation.

Sculpt & Buccal massage

A deeply restorative massage treatment combining sculptural face-lifting and inner-mouth massage to release tension, energize the skin and refine natural contours.

Maderotherapy massage

Sculpt, tone, and revitalize with natural wood therapy. Using specialized wooden tools, this deep-tissue massage boosts circulation, aids lymphatic drainage, and helps smooth and define your body — all naturally.
