Maderotheraphy massage

Coming June 2026

Maderotherapy works on the surface to enhance your results: it breaks down fat deposits and smooths the skin, supports lymphatic drainage to remove toxins released during your workouts, and highlights the muscles you work so hard to build in class.

This Colombian "wood therapy" is an intensive deep tissue massage using anatomically designed wooden tools. Think of it as body sculpting, without machines.

By integrating this therapy into your routine, you speed up recovery, reduce fluid retention, and sculpt the definition your body deserves. 100% natural, powerful, and effective.

Weekly slot, every Thursday at 9:00 AM, beginning June 4th.

1

Maderotherapy stimulates your body’s natural healing processes, promoting muscle recovery and relieving tension. By working on deep connective tissue, it enhances circulation and helps smooth the skin, giving muscles a more defined and sculpted look.

2

This technique also focuses on body contouring, breaking down stubborn fat deposits while toning the skin. The result is a more sculpted silhouette with highlighted muscle definition and a visibly firmer appearance.

3

It supports lymphatic drainage, assisting in the removal of toxins and excess fluids. By easing tension in connective tissues, it helps you feel lighter, revitalized, and energized after each session.

Nathalie Boso
Massage therapist

Nathalie was born in Belgium, rooted in Italy, and has set foot all over the world. From a very young age, she chased movement like a second language. Her path began in the renowned ballet school of Antwerp, where discipline was the heartbeat and expression. A professional dance career followed with stages in Belgium, Germany, Switzerland. Until one moment changed everything.

At 30, an accident ended her life on stage, and another one started. As a flight attendant for one of Europe’s leading airlines, she spent two decades immersed in various cultures, colors, and stories.

Back on Belgian soil, she grounded herself in something new: the healing art of touch. Today, she’s a massage therapist. With hands that once told stories through dance, she now creates space for stillness, for restoration, for you. Not just a treatment, but a return to your body, your breath, the present.

“For me the Ridge is a place where inner beauty and real connection come together. Collaborating with a caring community where people are seen, supported, and valued. We share more than needs, we share stories, hopes, and a sense of belonging. Being part of this reminds me why I love doing what I do.”
