In June 2026, we will host The Ridge Retreat: a groundbreaking experience uniting women around our core values: to stay grounded, reach high, and remain deeply connected.
This retreat is a celebration of embracing who you are, uplifting yourself and others, and forming deep, genuine connections. Four days of living and breathing our mission, a dream we’ve carried since the very beginning.
We fell in love with Pilates for the confidence and connection it brings along. It does not only strengthens your core, boosts flexibility, and improves posture, it also nurtures balance, focus, and energy.
